Appearance Jethro has brown short hair. He honey brown eyes. He is about the right height for a boy his age and he loves wearing blue clothes. He usually wears a light blue shirt and dark blue pants. He always goes barefoot except in winter as he hates shoes. He has the cutest smile in his face when he is happy because he has dimples on his face. He has a very pretty face but not overly beautiful. He has a very lean body type but is physically strong and has hardened biceps and stomach muscles. He has the beginning of a six pack because of all the heavy lifting he did with his dad.
Personality He is a pretty happy teen and loves to smile and laugh when someone does something funny. He is very hyper and loves to play games all the time even bothering others to play with him sometimes. He hates to wear really tight clothes and will sometimes have to go back to his room and change if he thinks something doesn’t fit right. He hates to be told he can’t do something because of his age and will head out to prove the person wrong as he is very prideful. He is very shy around girls and will blush when they talk to him until he gets to know them better.
He is very friendly and loves to make friends with everyone he can. Jethro loves to play little jokes and pranks on people to make them laugh but sometimes people don't get his jokes and get angry. He also loves to go fishing and relax after a hard day of chores and work and will stay there all day unless someone comes to get him. Jethro gets mad when people try to bully those who are younger or smaller then they are and will take up for them if necessary. As far as children are concerned Jethro would adopt every orphan if he could he absolutely adores children and being a kid at heart will play games and read to them. He also loves to play with animals of any kind and would love to one day get a flit or a dog.

History[/b Jethro is the son of a miner and a homemaker their names are Deirdre and Brickson; He is an only child since his mother almost died giving birth to him the healer told her to not try for anymore children. His parents were saddened by this but also thankful for the healthy child they did have. Jethro’s parents decided to raise their son themselves and not foster him out for others to raise. They taught him how to read and write so he would be a smart child.
His father taught him to Fish at a young age so he loves the outdoors instead of being cooped up inside all day. His mother taught him to cook a little just in case he ever needed too. His dad is a big burly man and he hopes to one day be like him. Jethro‘s parents were very loving to him growing up and tried their best to raise him right. His family was not the richest in the weyr but they were not really poor either they were somewhat in the middle. As he grew up he was never spoiled or cared about having a lot of stuff he was a very single person. The one thing he always wanted was to be a Wher candidate and maybe one day bond to one of these mysterious creature he knows only come out at night.
He first saw a Wher when he went with his dad’s to the mine one night and instantly fell in love with them as they helped the miners with their work. He also liked how they were much smaller than dragons and more his size. He stayed in the town where he was born until he was 15 years old and decided to move to the Weyr to try and impress a Wher and hopefully make some new friends as well. He sat out on foot and walked for about a day until he came upon the Weyr and moved into the Wher candidate barracks after becoming a candidate for one. He has only just arrived there and only time will tell what happens to him in his new home.
