Come one come all and see the races! This long stall is a place for people to sit and bet on the winners of today's competitions. Nearby the feasting area, it's a nice place to eat a snack and have some entertainment. The young men who own this stall or Northern holdsfolk who spent much time getting runners and wherries here. They race in groups of five, and some Trelis and Southernbred Runners and Wherries are even allowed to enter and race!

To play:
Each race has five participants. At any time you can enter your own character's pet. I will give a little description of each participant for you and people will post their betters coming up and betting on their favorite. Then after a few people post I'll set them running. It's a random pick out of a hat for who wins. You can bet as much as you want for whatever place you want. If you get the place/number right then you get your marks.
So, example: (nice little post that says....)N'kron bets 5 marks that Little Honey wins first, and that Black Runner wins 3rd. He gets only the first guess right, he comes out even. +5 marks for a right guess, -5 marks for a wrong guess. If he had guessed that Green Filly won 2nd as well and that was true, then he'd come out with 5 marks. +10 for two right guesses, -5 for one wrong guess. So on and so forth.
1) Dancing Queen
This little girl is a pure black runner. She's smaller than most Northern Runners, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Most North runners are bigger to deal with cold winters *think more like a draft horse*. This girl's more like a Southern runner. Sleak and fast *think more like a quarter horse or arabian*.
2) Red Runner, Red Fire
This boy's a fierce one. He's pawing at the ground and snorting as he trots around. Bigger than any others in the race, he's a tall and firm boy. He has a fiery chestnut coat, and plenty of strong muscles in that body.
3) Rainy Sunshine
This boy is a bit smaller than fire boy over there, but that doesn't mean he isn't powerful. He's a fine size in fact, but much calmer than any other runners in the race. He's perfectly chill in fact and waits lazily for the race o start. He's a grayish dun color that matches much of the rock around The Island.
4) Big Girl
Unlike the other female in this race, Big Girl is just that. She's not as big as Sunshine or Fire, but she certainly is bigger than the other two left. She's a dark brown, and tall. Those long legs have got to be good for something right?
5) Snowfire Dream
Dream is a pure white boy. He's almost as small as Dancing Queen, but not quite smaller. He's also Trelis born and raised. Entered into this contest by one of the candidates, he's the youngest one here and shows with his nervous excitement.
Race will start in 6 posts.
