Daedra stirred, feeling a certain pain in her right front arm. She woke then, sitting up quickly, wiping her face, and looking around her. Mrith! Mrith had been injured. That was her first thought as she turned to swing her legs out of the bed.
Bearith... He was there. He had saved her. She felt the relief again, washing over her, tears threatening to escape her eyes again. K'lin. She turned towards him, leaning down and kissing him again. K'lin... Bearith... He had been willing to save Mrith... to fall before her. K'lin. K'lin had wanted to protect her.
She needed to check on Mrith, but a part of her wanted to curl up with her new weyrmate again. She sat up and turned back towards where the dragons were. She could see their dark forms. It was midnight and they were only shadows. She had slept for so long... she wondered if K'lin had been up and back to sleep in that time... and if Mrith had already been seen to by someone or not... If not, then it was best she got that underway now.
She looked toward the end of the bed where Massai's perch was located and there was the bird, her eyes open and reflecting the faint light as she watched Hers stand, pulling one of the blankets which had fallen to the floor some time during the day or night around herself and started to walk very slowly towards Mrith, her freehand held out in front of her as she attempted not to trip or fall on anything.
However, it wasn't far until she managed to trip on a chair that had been placed poorly the other day and nearly fell, hissing as she caught herself on the back of the chair, hoping that she was not too loud. It was late. Perhaps it was a silly thought to worry about disturbing anyone... perhaps not... She stood straighter and moved the chair out of the way, getting her bearings again. She was unhurt... just startled.

K'lin grumbled slightly when he felt movement beside him, but other than that, he didn't stir. Well...yet anyways. The previous day had been a very trying day, and had taken a lot out of the man. He slowly blinked his tired eyes open when he felt something like a kiss. His smokey blue eyes slowly took in his surroundings. He wasn't in his own room. Of that he was positive. He just wasn't sure who's room he was in yet. He slowly sat up, the covers that had been up to his neck, slowly fell to reveal his chest. K'lin jumped slightly when heard something hitting something, then hissing. He squinted his eyes as they adjusted to the darkness, and smiled when he saw, well sorta saw, what had made the noise. Then it all came back to him. Bearith had won Mrith's flight, he was in Daedra's room. He was surprised his normally hasty firelizard, McTwisp, was actually very calm, and relaxed for once. The blue flit crooned softly, and lazily. I guess it took a lot outta you too huh? His voice was a deep, husky whisper. Bearith watched as Daedra tried to make her way over to where he and Mrith were laying. He raised his large blue head in concern when the woman tripped over a chair. He shook his head, his light blue marking standing out in the moonlight. It kinda made the marking look ethereal. He snorted, then gently nudged his mate. MrithMine, yours is worried, and not very graceful at night. He wasn't trying to be rude, but he was just stating his observation for everyone in the room to hear. Be nice Bearith. We can't see in the dark you know. K'lin shook his head, and wrapped one of the sheets around his waist as he stood up. McTwisp flew to land on the man's shoulder, and quickly wrapped himself around the man's neck. He chirped, and grumbled at the man. As if he was scolding him for something. K'lin just rolled his eyes at the blue flit, and did his best to attempt to walk to the end of the bed without injuring himself.

"Bearith..." she sighed and then turned back to K'lin. "Good morning, K'lin," she said shyly before turning back to Mrith.
It's fine Mine. Don't worry.[/b] Daedra frowned at her dragoness and Mrith gave a plaintive croon.
"It needs to be looked at, mylove... Whether it feels okay or not right now. What if it is hurt worse than you think it is? Please don't make this difficult..." She walked towards the female who seemed to sigh and shifted so that her leg was exposed to the faint light. The green ichor had coagulated, causing what had to be a very itch scab. It looked deep and her foreleg seemed to be swelling.
Daedra bit her lip. "I think it's worse than she wants to admit..."
Mrith looked up at hers then at Bearith. She didn't want hers to worry. It would be okay. She gave a small croon to her blue mate. Do you think it looks that bad, BearithLoveMine?
Daedra's eyes moved worriedly over what she could see in the faint light, which, gratefully, Massai seemed to decide she would remedy. She was used to doing this particular job. She was soon there, holding a glow in one claw in its stand, flying around Daedra until she extended a hand for it, then landing on her shoulder and settling herself, looking at the dragon who was attempting to convince her rider that her injury was fine - that she had no reason to worry. Daedra leaned down and leaned in, still holding the blanket as she moved the glow above the injury. It helped somewhat.
It was a good thing she had trained Massai to bring her the glow... but she probably should have asked her for it rather then letting the huntyre decide it was necessary in this case.

K'lin smiled, and nodded at the woman. Good morning to yourself Daedra. His voice was deep with sleep as he spoke. He himself wasn't fully awake yet either. He shook his head at the pair of dragons, and wondered why Mrith just wouldn't get her leg looked at. Well, he just chucked it up to being tired, and just wanting to rest of all the hard work she had done the previous day.
Bearith crooned sleepily at Mrith, and then took a close look at the green's wound. It doesn't look too bad my Queen, but you should still have it looked at. That way the healer can give you something for that uncomfortable looking scab. He gently nuzzled Mrith, and tried to wrap one of his large blue wings around her. It was worse that she wanted to admit, but far be it for him to say otherwise.
You know, if you get it looked at, it would feel better. K'lin shook his head in exhasperation. There really wasn't much he could do about anything that dealt with healing the dragon. All except for calling the healer anyways. He turned to Daedra, and wondered what she would do. He wished there was something more he could do to help, but let's face it, he's no healer. He turned back to the two dragons, and tried to think of something.

Mrith seemed to think, nuzzling against Bearith. I will let the Healer look at it. Daedra sighed. "Good, Mrith..." She turned back, holding the glow up as she walked. "We best get dressed, K'lin, and call the Healer." She walked right up to him and looked at him with a gentle smile. "Then... maybe when all is well... we should rest more... Or perhaps start an early day?" She gently stretched up and kissed his cheek before turning away and grabbing some clothing to change into. For her... it simply wouldn't do for anyone but her weyrmate to see her like this. She had her back to him as she pulled on fresh clothing and ran a brush through her rather messy hair. Proper bathing would come later, she was sure. She almost felt somewhat... uncomfortable not to bathe before allowing another person into her weyr to see her dragoness.
Massai gave a soft caw from where she sat on her perch once more, her eyes whirring softly and contentedly. Daedra turned around and smiled somewhat sheepishly. This... if they should remain together as she was rather hoping they would at this point, would likely take some getting used to at the least.
"I suppose... now we should call the healer..." She rubbed the back of her neck nervously, looking down briefly before giving him a soft smile as she looked up at him again.

K'lin smiled happily, and nodded at the green's response. He chuckled at Daedra, but, got dressed anyways. Even though he would have been perfectly happy to stay as he was, he didn't want to embarrass his new weyrmate. He shook his head as he attempted to put on his boots. He was still tired, and not fully awake yet, so it should come as no surprise when you hear that the man fell on his rump in the attempt. He cursed under his breath as he sat on the cold floor.
K'lin finally mannaged to finish getting completely clothed, and stood up. There, how's that? He still looked as though he had just crawled out of bed, and his hair, well, that's a hopeless cause, but he could have at least ran a comb through it before turning to Daedra and asking how he looked. He glared at his blue dragon when Bearith started to rumble loudly with laughter at him. Oh hush you over grown wherry! He smiled triumphantly when the male snorted in response.
Bearith shook his head at his rider, and laid then laid it back down on his large front paws. The human was hopeless, and there was no point in arguing with him about it. He crooned at Mrith, and silently promised that he'd stay with her for as long as she wanted him to, but would also leave if she didn't want him to stay. He knew that His wasn't about to move back into his own weyr for a while, so why not make himself comfortable laying next to his mate?

Daedra resisted the urge to laugh at K'lin as he fell on his rear end. But she couldn't help the slight smile that threatened to spread across her face. He was something very special and worthwhile in her opinion. She wouldn't laugh at his misfortune, however. It wasn't a good thing to do to someone, at least in her opinion. Not that sh would fault someone for laughing at her in a similar situation.
Daedra covered her mouth as laughter tempted to escape her with the exchange between K'lin and Bearith. She bit her lip and walked over to him. "K'lin, my dear... you look like you just crawled out of bed... But..." She wrapped her arms around his neck, her fingers gently on the back of his neck. "But... I don't think that's a bad thing." She grinned at him rather teasingly.
Mrith was rumbling with amusement. Theirs were such interesting people... and a good pair. Mrith turned to Bearith and gently nuzzled him. He was her mate. She was happy with that. SHe rather hoped that this would become more of a lasting situation. She rather liked it herself. Though... She supposed that her next flight could be a bit of an influence. However, she was very much pleased.
Daedra smiled gently and, almost in a whisper. "We should probably call the healer..." She gently reached up and tried to smooth his rather messy hair out. "Perhaps a comb or brush might be helpful..." She smiled softly, gently stretching up and kissing his cheek before slowly moving away. Mrith needed her wound attended to and Daedra had anything but forgotten, not matter how much she was enjoying her morning with her new weyrmate.
