Kelath hissed in a very appreciative way as he waded into the water and it's heat surrounded him. With a mental grin at His, he sent a wave of water splashing over His' little one. Shigure snapped out of the nap he'd just decided to take on the rock and chittered angrily at Kelath.
Come little brother, it's nice and warm here. if there's anywhere you should be relaxing it is here.
After a plaintive croon at His, the little flit decided maybe His' Large one was right. He slipped into the water with a small plop and came up spitting a little fountain.
D'rian couldn't help the laughter that spilled out of his mouth as he pulled his shirt over his head. He grinned unlacing his pants.
"Well you two certainly didn't wait for me did you? Shigure, i didnt think you liked baths. " The little flit flicked a wing at His and decided not to dignify that with an answer. Big brother Kelath said it was okay, so why shouldn't he try it?
Kelath's response was light, plaintive, and playful. You, D'rian mine, take too long. Just leave those things on your legs on and get in already!
He stepped out of his pants shaking his head and dropped trou completely dipping his toe in to check the temperature.
"Kelath, If i want to wash my clothes, i'll wash my clothes. A bath is for skin only ..." he said wading into the depths of the pool with the 8 foot tall dragonet.

To say Kayath had been a bit needy before was an understatement to how she was now: a few days after truly meeting “The little wench”, also known as Chahaturth. Kayath’s demands had grown greater, and the topaz wanted to bath twice as often now, which meant J’dol was beginning to feel awfully waterlogged, but aside from constant bathing and oiling, nothing seemed to be pleasing the dragoness. The dragonet in question was currently running on ahead down the hall, wanting to get to the pools quickly, causing J’dol to sigh again. He had just oiled her a few hours ago and her hide was still shiny, but it still wasn’t enough for her. The bronze skinned young man was beginning to think she just wanted to run into the younger topaz again so they could continue their fight. Hopefully they would have the baths to themselves so he could just relax. He had even come dressed for it, with only a loose pair of trunks for clothes.
Kayath slowed as she reached the entrance and J’dol ran to catch up to her. Peering around the corner, Kayath crooned. Oooh! It was the cute little bronze from Maelath’s clutch! She strutted into the room, head held high and proud and she gave a look to Kelath that clearly stated: Hello there cutie. J’dol felt her sudden happiness from the hall, and wondered what it was that had created such a sudden change in the dragoness’ attitude. Rounding the corner, J’dol raised an eyebrow. It was the young bronze pair. The very good looking young bronze pair. The very… naked… young bronze rider. Intriguing. A smirk spread across his face as he stepped into the room.
“Mind if I join you?” He stepped into the water before the other could actually respond and plopped himself not far from D’rian, stretching his arms out to relax against the edge of the bath. J’dol smiled at him, making no effort to hide the fact his eyes were raking over the other’s pale, but deliciously muscled form with an appreciative glimmer. Suddenly he didn’t mind Kayath's new bathing obsession...

The warmth felt so nice on his tired muscles. Apparently the work of caring for a dragon was completely different from the work you were subjected to as a carpenter. He let himself get to where the water was halfway up his abdomen and cupped water in his hands, letting it spill down his pale chest and shoulders. Kelath swam happily in circles, dipping in and out of the water like a kid who had just learned to swim, making D'rian smile and shake his head as Shigure emitted a startled very un dragon like squeek as Kelath popped up under him, rumbling with laughter as shigure clung to big brother's muzzle for dear life. While those two were 'horsing around' D'rian saw a topaz peek in, then apparently decide things were just peachy. The larger dragon came on in and seemed to be in a wonderful mood as she did. It almost looked like she were preening and showing off a bit for Kelath, who's eyes just happened to be covered by a firelizard's wings at the moment. Rolling his eyes, he sent a mental image of the confident flirtatious topaz to his bronze and reached to rescue Shigure from his big brother.
"Kelath, it's not nice to torture your little brother you know..."
Hello... He said completely ignoring His's rebuff as he turned his soul attention to the larger topaz. making sure he was standing as tall and proper as his one week old self could get, trying to impress her with his gleaming hyde.
D'rian reacted with a sigh. For as much as Kelath goaded him about his flirtatious bent sometimes, with no real preference and no emotional attatchments, Kelath was just as bad with the little queen and subqueens.
A bronze skinned man followed the topaz in, and he assumed the attractive man must be her rider. The smirk coupled with the gleam in the man's eyes along with the way his gaze raked across his body was nice. Most people around here were too shy to do anything more than look, and they tried to hide their interest once caught. He let his own eyes wander over the muscles of the man's chest an arms with an appreciative glance of his own.
"I dont mind in the slightest." he said, his voice a deep rich tone, almost a caress in itself as the water absorbed and softened the sound.

Kayath crooned lightly as the little bronze puffed up for her. How cute. Well, he may have been little more than a hatchling, but to Kayath attention was attention, and she relished every moment of it she could get. She looked him over a moment before leaning down, hoping to nuzzle lightly against the bronze's neck. My, how you've grown... She spoke to him, her words a light purr in his mind, Already so big and strong.... Really, he should have complimented her first, but Kayath was already aware that most bronzes liked being complimented, and a happy bronze usually meant a happy queen or sub-queen as well. She pulled away, stretching slightly to show off her own hide and well-formed body.
J'dol smirked as his body-gaze was returned by the new bronzerider, and was glad that the young man was so open, not one of those boring stick in the mud weyrlings. The other's voice was rich and deep, a sound that almost made J'dol shiver. "I'm glad," He said with a smirk. He then grabbed some of the sweet sand used for cleaning and began to scrub himself, only to glance back at the other. "I'm afraid I can't reach my back... any chance I could steal the help of those hands of yours?" He asked before adding, "I'd be only too happy to return the favor." In truth, he just wanted an excuse to touch the other man.

Kelath seemed to blossom with the compliment from the big topaz. She was a subqueen and already complimenting him? He couldnt help the pride he had in himself as it blossomed within him, making a smile spread across His' face. Kelath allowed her approach, even curving his neck to nuzzle her with an appreciative croon as he studied her display. Very sure to keep his thought private with D'rian, he sent a wave of masculine appreciation.
She may not be a gold mine, but she's very beautiful...
D'rian snorted shaking his head at his dragon. Honestly they were quite the pair. Kelath was a bit more.... gentlemanly than he was though. And he was in the process of proving it.
Such kind words from such a beautiful queen. He bowed his head slightly to her. I'm not worthy of the praise of such a godess.
D'rian rolled his eyes and scooped up a handful of the sweet sand in time to see the topaz rider do the same for himself. "I dunno if stealing them would be advisable, but I suppose I could help out, since you offered to return the favor." He smiled stepping a little closer with a suggestive light in his eyes.
"I'll have to warn you my hands are a bit rough..."

I AM beautiful, aren’t I. The topaz replied haughtily. Of course she was beautiful. She was Kayath, queen in her own mind. She was large, and powerful, and wonderfully shiny; Hers did a wonderful job on that. She decided she would have to praise J’dol for it. And I choose who to praise, and you, Kelath, are a worthy bronze. We should one day fly together, I think. She explained, raising her head up proudly. Yes, she decided, his hide would complement her own quite nicely in the air. She dipped under the water then, crooning happily at the comfortable warmth of the water before turning her gaze back on the bronze, contemplating him and his siblings. The clutch had contained a good number of intriguing males… but also females. Like that horrible wench that dared to call herself a Topaz. KelathDear, She spoke sweetly, almost too sweetly, bringing herself close to nuzzle against him again Do you think I am better than Chahaturth?
J’dol merely chuckled as D’rian took up the offer. He reveled in the idea, in the feeling of his hands, and of the bronzerider’s presence behind him. When was the last time he had been with a man, or anyone for that matter? Quite a bit before impressing, that was for sure. It would have been longer if he had cared about the rules placed on candidates, but let’s face it, he loved making love. He leaned back into D’rian, letting out a content sigh. He knew, deep down, that he shouldn’t have even let anything progress this far. With how old Kayath was now, he was almost in the safe zone for relationships… almost. But Kelath was much too young, and J’dol didn’t want to be the one responsible for sending the hatchling between. Even still, he couldn’t stop himself from wanting this, so instead just kept a wary eye on Kelath and Kayath alike, watching for signs of stress in either, though he knew Kayath would stop him too if she became worried.
“That’s fine,” J’dol replied smugly, temporarily turning a seductive glance at the other, “I like it rough.”

"I would welcome the chance to fly with such a beautiful Queen, and would count it a high honor indeed." Kelath crooned, nuzzling the topaz reassuringly. Only for His, he let his feeling of exasperation dance along their link. Honestly Mine... These females are going to be the death of me... His mind voice took on a higher pitch Kelath dear, arent I better than that queen? Kelath dear, she's nothing compared to me. Kelath dear, what do you think of me vs Her?
D'rian almost laughed at that, but it wouldn't do to tip the topaz off to his thoughts. Queens and subqueens tended to have a streak of vanity and usually only responded Well to flattery or adoration. As a bronze, poor kelath was usually the recipient of most of their favor currying. Or a garnet.
Try as he might, he couldnt quite make himself like those vicious little dragons. They were too manipulative and volatile for him. Kelath was plenty. Always the gentleman, and severe when needed. A true king.
I have faith in you. Just keep your queens/subqueens happy and you'll be a happy King. I guarantee it
I know! But what am i going to do when im talking to more than one of them?! .... Very well mine...
Going back to speaking to Kayath, he turned his 'keep them happy' switch on again. Of course you're better Kayath. Ten times more beautiful and I'd have to say, so far, less annoying.
Drian shook his head amused at his exasperated bronze before he went to the more pleasurable task at hand. The Topaz rider, he thought to himself with a smile as that one actually leaned back against him. He knew he wouldnt allow it to get to the point that kelath was very uncomfortable with, His dragon was more capable of coping with arousal and such than most. He was used to flirtation and slight physical contact, but not even a kiss could be shared without a price. He menatlly cursed the link's inability to overlook sexual feelings, and shrugged. He'd just have to keep an eye on Kelath and control himself like he was so good at. With a grin, he settles his hands on J'dol's sides and tugged at him so he made sure to be pressed up right against him before moving back a bit, letting his hands start right under the spot where his ribcage ended at his back, rubbing the sand against his skin.
"You know... I usually know someone's name before I touch them... I'm D'rian."

Kayath was pleased, very pleased, with the young bronze. He was smart, and cute, and telling her what she wanted to hear. She nuzzled back warmly, as pleased with Kelath as Hers was with D’rian, and not at all aware of the less than happy thoughts Kelath was sending to His. Oh J’dolMine, isn’t this fun? Kelath is such a darling, isn’t he? She spoke to Hers, sending feelings of happiness to him. J’dol merely rolled his eyes at her as she preened for the bronze. Sinking low into the water, Kayath was stretching out again when Kelath spoke again. You are so wise too. She rumbled happily as he spoke, but stopped suddenly, shooting him a look. Less? LESS annoying? Are implying that I annoy you? She huffed angrily, her voice reaching the bronze and both humans in her anger. The bronze had received nothing but praise from her! I doubt that Princess, J’dol commented back lazily, trying to keep her from getting to worked up, It was a compliment, just poorly worded. He IS just a hatchling you know. She didn't care. She was Kayath! She was strong, a beautiful and amazing in every possible way. How could anyone call HER annoying?!
The young man was about to add something else when he was… repositioned, by the attractive bronzerider. He let out a light, humored hum as the good feelings continued. This was a good day, a very good day. He startled slightly at the comments of names. He had become so used to everyone knowing who he was because of Kayath’s sub-queen status, that he hadn’t even remembered to introduce himself.
“Where are my manners?” He chuckled, “J’dol’s the name.” He pressed himself against the other, resting his hands on D’rian’s legs, more than happy to massage what he could reach. He turned his head slightly to glace at D'rian, his eyes half lidded from the feeling, "You're quite skilled at this." Truth be told, he had been taken completey by surprise that D'rian was so open about this. The belief was that bronzes only impressed to heterosexuals, and while J'dol didn't entirely believe that, it was still an idea that had been bred into his mind from a very young age. Not that he was complaining of course. I mean, come on, the guy was HOT.

D'rian rolled his eyes Now you've done it Kelath... You should have just said she wasn't annoying at all. Find some way to sooth her or we'll both be paying for it. You know what subqueens are like...
Kelath sent His a mental shrug and a roll of his eyes. you worry about your preoccupation and let me worry about mine Mine, alright? turning his full attention back to the upset Topaz, he crooned apologetically I didn't mean that the way it sounded, beautiful Kayath. I meant she was annoying whereas you are not. You could never annoy me my queen. I could never be anything but enthralled at your beauty and strength. You're amazing in every way and even a blind dragon would be a fool not to see it. Kelath ducked his head respectfully nuzzling her neck reassuringly to urge the Topaz back into an amicable mood. She really was beautiful, but females seemed to be too much trouble on the whole.
"I would usually take the time to learn such an attractive subqueen and her rider before this situation came up, but with bonding to Kelath two days after my arrival, well, things have been a bit busy." At his captive's comment about him being skilled, he flashed a lazy white smile spreading the sand across J'dol's shoulders. "Well I've never had any complaints before J'dol..." He'd had the reactions before about a bronze bonding to him, a bisexual man. But that was just what was to be expected. J'dol's hands on his legs was proof that he was at least accepting of that fact.

Kayath's tail twitched impatiently as she waited for a response from the little bronze, which came rather quickly, thankfully. The topaz eyed the bronze coldly at first, not believing him, but who are we kidding? Kayath loved attention, so even if it was a lie, it was still a complement and that was okay in her books. I will forgive you youngling. She replied, ruffling her wings haughtily, But only because you are cute. Settling back down comfortably, she called out to J'dol's flits, urging them to come clean her, since Hers was preoccupied.
A moment passed as she watched the human's, her eyes tinged with the slightest hint of worry at the thoughts coming from Hers. She could feel his want, his attraction, from Kelath's rider, and while it didn't bother her too much, she remembered their lessons and was worried more about the consequences for the other pair. It was her duty after all, to care for her followers. Kelath... She finally spoke to the bronze, her voice softer than it had been before, keeping her thoughts well away from the humans. If Mine takes it too far, do feel free to tell him so. He has been a long time without... companionship and I fear he won't restrain himself. I worry for you and yours. She knew she was likely stepping over a line, saying things that could offend the bronze's ego. Yet, she knew hers. She knew his ways. He was a lover, through and through, and knew how to control himself for the most part. Yet... a part of her worried regardless. Besides, she didn't want to get in trouble for Her's stupidity.
J'dol let loose another sigh as D'rian continued his ministrations. "Well then I must say I'm glad you arrived when you did." He flashed the other man a smile of his own, though his eyes clearly showed his interest in the bronzerider. It crossed his mind briefly that in the future, D'rian's bronze could be the one to catch his Kayath, but the thought passed as quickly as it had come. There was still a long time before Kayath was old enough to Rise, and it would be even longer for Kelath. It was unlikely that Kayath would be caught by a bronzerider he knew. Not to mention there was no guarantee it would be a bronze that caught her at all; she flirted with browns and blues just as much as bronzes. Letting out another content sigh, he moved to lean his head back against D'rian's shoulder.
"Those first months are busy," J'dol said quietly in agreement before offering, "If you ever want help, or... company, I would be too delighted to offer my services." He wanted to move and switch spots with D'rian. He wanted to run his hands over the other's deliciously soft looking skin, but at the same time he didn't want to move from the spot.
