He was happy. Happier now than he had been in a long time. Beside him, the little green life-changer hopped happily, singing a strange little song via a variety of chirps and whistles. I get to meet her today right Mine? Anuth asked hopefully, I can't wait to meat your daughter Z'nilMine! Oh.. but what if she doesn't like me... The green stopped in her tracks, wings drooping sadly at the thought. Chuckling for the first time in a long time, Z'nil bent down to scratch her jaw.
"Oh don't worry, my baby girl will love you." He replied, standing back up and continuing on the way. He was excited to see his wife and daughter. It would be the first time since the hatching that he would be able to hold his little one in his arms. He still couldn't believe they had managed to come for the gather! That was when he suddenly heard the call for fire lizards. Why hadn't he thought of that before? He had been sending his letters to the Hold by runner, but a fire lizard! A fire lizard could be trained to take the letters back and forth almost instantaneously. He would be able to hear from his beloved ones more often! But where were these eggs... He turned around, looking left and right in an attempt to find them. Ooph! He stumbled back after bumping into to someone.
"I'm so sorry! I wasn't looking where I was going. Are you alright?" Thats when he noticed the flit eggs. Like magic! He had found them. "If you don't mind, would I be able to buy one of those?" He pulled out his marks pouch, ready to hand over whatever was necessary; it was worth if for his family. Anuth, wiggled excitedly and, with a mental nudge of approval, did her best to see the remaining eggs. Oh! That one! That one! She said loud enough for everyone in the vicinity to hear as she sent off an image of the Hallow's Eve Egg.

The egg was quick to start wiggling, yes wiggling. This wasn't one to crack or to tap, no it wiggled. Yeah, it was different, get over it. The thing inside suddenly stopped in the midst of its wiggling frenzy and tested the shell. What?!? It's plan hadn't worked? Hmmm, there was hissing from the egg now as the flit inside continued to concoct a new idea. One.... Two..... Three.... SMASH! The egg split open in a shower of shards around the flit's new owner. Cheeping, the green looked around, curious about this new world. So much...to take over! The lithe female practically purred as she saw Hers and BigGreen. Well, were they her first minions then? Oh what lovely plans she had for them all! Hallow's Eve Green Size: 14.5 inches Personality: Likes to be odd, random, spontaneous, devious, always making "plans" Appearance: Dark, almost black, emerald highlights in light. Lithe form, long wings and body.

Raksha gave her thanks when she was told she could have the egg. She went to pick it up, but her mouth made an ‘o’ shape of surprise when the egg began to rock slowly, but surely. She looked around, trying to think fast. The dragonet would need to be fed! Ah, there they were, scrap buckets! She got up and made the short-distance to them, snatching one of the buckets before scooting back to her egg. There were progressive cracks around the upper-area of the shell, and it didn’t take long for the dragonet inside to burst free!
What tumbled out is not at all what she’d expected. She had been thinking that maybe she would’ve gotten another brown, or even a blue. Instead, there was a bronze hatchling before her, complaining while he shook himself off. The egg goop still stuck to his hide despite, and he did not like this at all. No, he was rather frustrated. Raksha chuckled, feeling bad that it was at the little bronze’s expense. He wasn’t big for a bronze, but what did she care? Kyrenth wasn’t big for a dragon. And Rask wasn’t big for a brown flitt. This little guy would fit right in to her odd but beloved group.
He crooned at her, and she guessed that he wanted her help! She took a meat chunk from the bucket she’d brought over, holding it in her left hand while she extended her right to the bronze. His stomach was growling, poor thing! He must’ve been so hungry. She’d make sure he ate his full, but not too much! She remembered how much of a pig Rask had been upon first hatching. The brown flitt burst from /between,/ perching on her shoulder. He knew he was being thought of. She had meant to summon him anyhow, so he had perfect timing. When he rolled to his side she wondered what exactly he was doing. His stomach was confusing him?
Raksha chuckled more loudly, and Rask was soon joining in, chittering with laughter. The newly-hatched flitt hopped up, again trying to get the goop off of himself, and his sad expression quieted the girl immediately. Rask too hushed to look at their newest friend. Raksha took a few chunks of the goop off and made a face, shaking her hand back and forth to fling the stuff off. She eventually got it all off, and then inspected the little bronze in consideration! He needed a name, a good strong name. His color was different than most bronzes, and he had markings that made him otherwise unique. She really did love him already. She offered the meat chunk to him and he took it, wolfing it down. ”Patience,” Raksha warned him. Only his bonded’s voice controlled him, and as such he listened to her. She fed him another chunk, and she suspected that he’d rebel with the way his mouth opened wide. Instead he took it and ate more slowly, swallowing down the last bit quickly. He stared back at her, standing up tall. He was quite the dominant little guy, wasn’t he? She was guessing he was going to be giving her trouble in a different way than Rask did. She could handle it. Kyrenth would most certainly help her.
”Welcome to the group Noehl,” she said aloud, scooping him into her lap. The bronze snuggled against her, chirruping contentedly. She fed him more meat until he became tired, and just wanted to sleep off his meal. She permitted him to do so, cradling the little body. Rask peered down at Noehl, watching the bronze drift off.
Noehlen would sure love the fact that a King is named after him! she thought excitedly, wondering if her best friend would ever know.

Well... Perhaps there would still be some eggs left? NO! One annoying bug is ENOUGH! Iirla grinned. That was probably true, but that didn't mean that she couldn't at least go and see the babies. She had to say though, that although Ama was humming at the top of her voice ,she didn't seem overly pleased with Hers either. Hers was hers. She already had to share her with the large gold one. She didn't need another to share her with. "Oh hush. I'm not planning to attach one!" Her tone was irritable. She wouldn't have minded too much, though, quite honestly. In fact.... she almost hoped she would inadvertently attach one or... something... or mabye... she would try to. It looked like there were too eggs left. Too eggs with no homes as of yet. She hoped that one would end up chooosing her... but... Well... She was so tempted. NO! Iirla smiled slightly. It was the Blueberry Pie Egg that held her eye. It was beautiful. Both of them still left. ------------ ((Either egg is fine, but... I am rather tempted to get the Blueberry Pie Egg. Heh... ^^'; ))

Z'nil hadn't expected the little creature to just hatch like that! He had really hoped to take it as a gift for his wife and daughter. He jumped at the sheer.. personality coming from the little green. Well... He guessed that meant that she, much like Anuth, decided he was the one to bond too. He seemed to have a thing for greens didn't he?
"Thank you," He replied to the lovely lady who had given him the egg. "I will take care of her." He walked off, trying to come up with a name and finally settling on Noti (Naughty).
V'koi, too, had inadvertently found himself near the remaining eggs. Hopping over curiously, he eyed the eggs, just as a young woman with a gold came up and requested one of them. These eggs were free for the taking? From under his many layers of cloth, he heard Aedion cheep curiously. The brown wanted a friend!
"Excuse me! Can I have the other one? Or is it saved for someone? I already have Aedion, so it's okay if I cant have it. I'm just curious is all. They look really nice. you do too! Oh and you aswell." He took a breath after complimenting all the the people and dragons gathered around, his hand pointed quickly at the Blue Sky Egg. "I'm V'koi, from Ista. Are Trelis fire lizards the same as Istan ones? I'd assume they are. Or do they have weird colours too? Aaaaah this is exciting!"

Blueberry Pie Egg TOO BAD! The darkly colored egg, small as it was, decided to hatch in that moment, and it knew precisely who it was going to! With a loud pop, the shell shattered, no doubt flinging goo in Izanycorth and Ama's direction. Ha! The cyan blue head that emerged cawed gleefully, spreading his wings. Oh, beautiful blue wings. The flit chittered to himself a bit before turning around to look at the gold pair. Well, well now. The gold and ametrine princesses didn't want to share? Well, once again, too-sharding-bad! They would have to learn, because baby, this boy was hear. to. stay! Size: 16 inches Personality: Flamboyant, Proud, Theatrical, Matter-of-fact, Flirty, Self-centered Appearance: Bright cyan blue all over with slightly darker wings on the above side, and lighter on the underside. Cool Skies Egg Unlike its brother, this egg was much more serene and calm. Another flit? Why not? The egg chittered as it rocked back and forth, the shell finally giving way to a pale blue body. Another fighter, another healthy baby. That's all that mattered after all right? That he was healthy? The blue chittered to the boy nearby and reached to caress the weyrling's hand with his head. Now, now, don't be scared because things were different or too much to handle. He was here now to make everything better. Size: 18.3 inches Personality: Sweet, Caring, Save-the-world kind of mentality, always thinks someone's in trouble, busy-body Appearance: A pale, almost silvery blue.

V'koi's eyes widened as both eggs broke, one after the other. The first was definately an interesting character. A handful it seemed, but he seemed to know who he wanted and was bonding in the blink of an eye. He looked down as the egg he had wanted finished hatching, revealing a lovely blue body. He moved closer to V'koi, and the young weyrling's smile grew 10-fold when the blue rubbed his head against his hand, as if trying to calm him. He was confused, he didn't need to be calmed, he wanted change!
Then again, he realized deep down that, despite being excited and curious about everything that had happened in such a short time... he was also a bit scared. Stolen out of bed in the middle of the night to impress a hatchling from a forbidden and unwanted clutch, dealing with the hatred and disgust in the eyes of the other Istans until they had finally been sent to Trelis. He had left behind family, friends, everything he knew, to come to a place where they had hoped the mutant dragonets would be accepted. His smile grew smaller, but even more sincere, hinting at a hidden sorrow as he scooped the little blue up, who seemed to croon softly as his eyes swirled with rainbows, letting the boy know he was here, that he would help him.
"Thank you, my little Hero." He spoke quietly, not wanting the sadness in his voice to be heard by anyone except the little blue. Taking a deep breath, he steadied his voice and turned his smiling face back at the others. "He's so cool! Thanks! I'll take real good care of him I swear! Ooooh I can't wait for Panyth to see!" He rubbed Hero's head gently, pleased at the newest addition to his new family.

Izanycorth hissed and shook her head, roaring in anger as the egg goop landed on her hide. How dare you... you... you BUG! Her hiss was angry and irritable, even as she did her best to hold her tail still. She was supposed to be beautiful and shining! She was supposed to be a Queen! And this little... little Blue! he thought he could just do what he wanted!
Ama wasn't much happier. She shook her head and landed on Hers arm before hissing at the blue, her wings spread, her eyes whirling red. "That's enough, Ama!" Iirla said to her, although the blue seemed less than intimidated as he spread his own wings and hissed right back at her. Oh boy. He was going to be a handful. Ama hissed, as did Iz. Oh yes.. a bit handful...
"Well, Trivol.... Welcome to our big mashed up family..." She sighed and started feeding the flitter from the nearby meat, attempting to keep him from inhaling it as he attempted to do just that. It was quite the process... but soon... his belly was full and he was finally tired... It was kind of nice because, in just a few minutes... he had just upset her family again.... Oh boy. But she was already growing to love him anyways. "Come on." She looked at Izanycorth who was still obsessing over her hide as she cradled the blue in the crook of her arm. "Darling... calm down... here..." With her free hand, she took out a cloth and cleaned up the egg goop. Izanycorth was still not happy... but it was better... Ama on the other hand was pouting... although she was next to be cleaned up.
