Appearance Rhailqua has blue eyes and brown hair, the latter bleached quite a bit by the sun. He has thin lips, and a puckered scar near the right corner that pulls then out of true when he smiles. His eyes are somewhat slanted, and his nose is a prominent feature of his face. His hands and arms show the first signs of apprenticeship in his Craft, that of a glasscrafter, in the form of scars and calluses.
He's about five foot six, and he has a slow, lazy way of walking. His entire bearing radiates that he's in no hurry. He's bow-legged, something that he sees as an asset, for gripping the barrel of a runnerbeast, or hopefully, later, the neck of a dragon. He's wiry, showing quiet strength.
Personality Rhailqua is not the smartest teenage boy in the Hold, but he does have a certain talent for public speaking, as well as the basics of his craft. Not a leader naturally, he tends to fade into the background, though he has a knack for breaking up arguments, or getting others to pay attention so that those in actual authority can speak.
Rhailqua likes to work with his hands, and he has some skill in wood-working and leather-working as well as glass-making. He's learning to be a shrewd bargainer, courtesy of his father, and it could serve him well in the future if he continues to develop it.
One of his less flattering characteristics is his tendency toward white lies to keep himself out of trouble. It usually catches up with him in the end, but he's gotten better at it over the turns. Whether this helps or hinders him in the end is yet to be determined.

History Rhailqua was born at Sollace Hold, and grew up in the shadow of the Weyr. His parents moved to Sollace from another Hold shortly after his uncle died in a rather pointless duel, and his mother wanted to escape those memories in some fashion. He has distant relatives who Impressed at other Weyrs, but he doesn't know them.
He grew up around glass-crafting and other hands-on crafts. It helps him keep himself busy, and gives him a sense of purpose. Up until he was Searched, he felt more or less secure in his future. Now, though, he's somewhat unsure.
He gained his white firelizard not all that long ago, when it hatched from an egg meant to be delivered to his father or older brother. He was Searched shortly after that happened, and arrived at Trelis Weyr suddenly aware that his whole world had expanded in a way he hadn't expected.

Strengths He excels in making simple objects for everyday use, such as tumbler glasses, and he's good at adding color to glass, as well as mixing the colors to get new shades.
Weaknesses Delicate work is a bit beyond him as yet, so his older brothers and his father take that on. He's slowly improving, however, or was, until he was Searched.

Personality/Appearance White, obviously, with shades of pale blue and green scattered over his body. A little serious, but not above some mischievous actions towards other firelizards, dragons, and whers. One of these days, some bad-tempered thing is going to make a meal of him. He genuinely loves Rhailqua, and sticks as close to him as he can.
Dragon/Wher Preference Bronze and Garnet seem to fit him best, though a brown or blue would also fit him. I can't see him Impressing any of the mutations except a Garnet.
On the rare chance that you might consider it, I'd honestly be highly amused by him Impressing a Gold. Poor guy would doubt his masculinity in a big way, and worry about how others would see him, especially attractive women. The same would happen if he got a green, but I'd rather he didn't.
Course, if you feel none of those fit, feel free to surprise me.
