R’as smiled at Xaemia, and chuckled when she spoke to Virath. I think I do Iirla, and I promise to be careful, nothing will happen to us or the dragons. His voice was soft, gentle, and full of love as he spoke. He nodded at his sister’s words, and knew she was right, but…how could he say the things that he felt for the little woman that was sitting beside him on the bed that had, at one point in time, been his? How could he tell her that he loved her as much as he did? Would she feel the same about him? What would happen to him if she didn’t?
Mine is afraid that yours doesn’t love him back sister. Virath crooned as he spoke to his sister, completely unaware that Xaemia was able to hear him even when he wasn’t speaking directly to her. His tail was still wagging quickly back and forth on the floor. He stood up, and then started bouncing around the room. He could picture the meal they would have at the feast. Oh he was picturing giant buckets of over-flowing meat for him and Moth, a huge table piled high with food for His and Hers. Oh yes, he really was quite the dreamer.

"He doesn't need to worry, Virath... Because I do love him." She smiled sheepishl and gently touched his face. "We'll be careful.... we promise." She squeezed R'as hand gently and leaned against him again.
Iirla smiled. "Good... now lets get your dragons some food and Xae... then I'll help you get dressed for the party. I'm sure that you'll simply be the most beautiful woman there. Especially in R'as' eyes."
Iirla grinned at them and looked at her brother and the little girl who he loved. Quite obviously. Almost too obviously. It was going to e hard for them to be careful until their dragons were old enough to handle their romantic feelings and love for one another....
Mine can always hear you, VirathBrotherMine. She can hear all the dragons in the Weyr always. She crooned softly to her ebony brother. Her own tail wagging happily. She watched him start bouncing around the room and started to give a draconic giggle. Brother, you are so excitable... As he came closer to her, she pounced on him and licked his cheek affectionately. BrotherMine! We need to play... but Mine says I have to wait until my wings are more healed... She gave a soft sad croon.
She wanted to play now... but Hers thought it might hurt her more if she tried... especially if they played rough.

R’as leaned into Xaemia’s touch, and smiled happily when she said she loved him. He wrapped his arms around her tightly, and looked innocently at his sister. I’m not sure there is anything you can do to make her look any more beautiful Iirla. He chuckled as he spoke, and stuck his tongue out at his sister playfully. He meant well, but there were just some things that the young Junior Weyrwoman was wrong. In his mind, he couldn’t think of anything she could do to make his little woman any more beautiful in his eyes.
Virath tilted his head slightly to the side, and chirped curiously. How could someone hear him that he wasn’t speaking to? He shook his head, now wasn’t the time think about it, now was time for food. That’s when he noticed that his sister had pounced on him. Awww, is there anything we can play that won’t hurt your wings? He crooned and nudged her gently in the chest. He wanted to play really bad, but he didn’t want to hurt his sister either. He tried to think of games they could play that wouldn’t hurt her wings, but so far nothing came to mind.

She leaned her head into his shoulder and gave a contented sigh. She gave a slight giggle. "I'm glad you think so, R'as... but I'm not so sure that it couldn't help in some way. I mean.... I don't even wear matching colors all the time! Some people do tell me that..." She sounded sheepish, embarrassed, but she leaned fully against him, feeling calm in his embrace. He was incredibly sweet. The rumble of his chest against her made her grin and she tilted her head up, kissing the edge of his jaw gently and briefly, her soft lips just skimming the skin.
Moth crooned softly and gently touched his brother's side with a paw, nuzzling him. I don't know, brothermine... Maybe...? she crooned softly at him again before her stomach rumbled.
Iirla smiled warmly at the two. "Well... Maybe not in your eyes, R'as... I guess if you really love her... there is no way that you would find her any more beautiful than you already are."

R’as smiled down at Xaemia when she leaned into his shoulder, and giggled. If you say so, and what’s wrong with not wearing matching colors? I do it. That wasn’t exactly the best example, especially since he really was wearing matching colors since he was still in his candidate robes. Which reminded him, since they were going to go to the hatching feast, he might as well change into the dress clothes his mother had given him the day he left Southern to come to Trelis in the first place, and looking back on that day now made him feel a little home sick. Virath crooned softly to his rider when he felt the sad feeling, and saw the memory. It’s alright Rath, I do miss my mother, but I’m glad I came here and impressed to you. R’as smiled over at the little ebony who started jumping around the room like a cat on cat-nip. He sent them all a picture of the day when he would be fully grown, and then him and R’as would go to Southern and bring back the young rider’s mother and be all victorious and looked spectacularly grand. Oh yes, that day really would be a day to celebrate. Alright Rath calm down, yes I’d like to bring my mother here, but that is a choice for her. And I really don’t think that day would look quite like that. R’as couldn’t help the loud laugh that erupted from him after he spoke to the little male about the image. This was definitely going to be an interesting life-partner if he continued to be such a dreamer. It wasn’t that he didn’t like it, it was quite entertaining, but he was sure there would be times when the little male’s dreaming would get them into a lot of trouble. Virath snorted at R’as, and then turned to his sister. Ignore Mine, he thinks I am dreaming too big, but I don’t think so, do you sister? He tilted his head to the side a little, and looked extremely innocent, and not all that unlike a little puppy dog that had just heard a very curious sound. That made R’as shake his head, oh yes, he really was gonna have his hands full with this little dragon. He wasn’t sure how hard it would be to train the little male to keep his dreams to himself, but he was bound and determined to try. Alright, while you girls go get ready I’ll get changed out of these candidate robes. Then Rath and I will meet you down at the feast. R’as gently kissed Xaemia on the top of her head before moving so that she could go with his sister, and get ready for the feast. That meant that he would have to find those dress clothes of his. Now that really would be a challenge. He waited for the girls to leave before digging through all of his boxes and belongings to find the clothes that he hadn’t seen since the day he left Southern. He gave out a triumphant laugh when he finally did find the cloths. Well, he had found the shirt anyways. It was a deep black shirt that was a little tight on him, but still fit comfortably. He changed out of his candidate robe and threw on the shirt before returning to the search for his pants. After a little while longer he finally did find his pants and changed into those. That’s when he realized that he now matched his dragon almost perfectly in color. That made Virath croon happily, and wagged his tail excitedly as he walked circles around his rider. ((OOC: I think this is the end of this one. If you want we can start with the feast now. ))
